Can I exchange my gift?

Would you like another gift instead? It is possible to exchange your gift*.  Follow the instructions on this page to return the gift. This is possible up to 14 days after you have received the gift. The helpdesk will assess the return request. You will receive the return address and freepost number from us by email. Have you received a damaged, incomplete or wrong gift? Look under ’Service & Warranty’.

The shipping costs will be reimbursed if you have received a wrong, damaged, or incomplete gift. If you want to exchange the gift for another reason, the shipping costs will be charged to you.

*Please note: this does not apply to gift cards, outings and experiences, books, magazine subscriptions, drink and food packages.
