When will my gift be delivered?

The standard delivery time is 5 working days. If your gift is expected to take longer than 5 working days, this will be stated clearly in the order confirmation email. For packages outside of the Netherlands, it can take a little longer.

My gift will be delivered to a DHL Service Point. How can I track my gift?

You will receive an email from DHL. The email contains a 'Track & Trace link'. If you click on that link, you can track your gift. You will also receive an email when the gift is ready at the DHL collection point. Bring a valid ID (driving licence, ID card, passport) when you pick up your gift.

How long will my gift remain at a DHL Service Point?

You have 7 days to pick up the gift at the DHL Service Point. After that, it will be sent back to Cadeau Carousel. If that happens, please contact our helpdesk.

My gift will be delivered to a DHL Service Point. How do I know if my gift is ready?

You will also receive an email when the gift is ready at the DHL collection point. Also check every now and then whether this email is not in your junk mail / spam box. Bring a valid ID (driving licence, ID card, passport) when you pick up your gift.

My gift was at a DHL Service Point for 7 days. The gift has been returned to Cadeau Carousel. How can I receive my gift now?

If this happens, please contact our helpdesk. The employee will ask for your OrderID. This number can be found in the email (order confirmation) that you received after your order. Please keep this email safe. If the OrderID is correct, we will send the gift to you again.

I have not received my gift. What do I do now?

It normally takes 5 working days for your gift to arrive. For packages outside of the Netherlands it can take little longer. Has your gift not been delivered after 2 weeks and have you not been informed about a later delivery? Contact our helpdesk using this form or call +31 (0)900 8 528 528 (standard rate - only accessible from the Netherlands). We only accept reports of gifts not received that are reported no later than 1 month after the order period has ended.
