When will my Cadeau Carrousel gift be delivered?

The delivery time for your gift is stated in the order confirmation that you receive by email. Gifts are usually delivered within 5 working days.

How can I track a delivery to a DHL Service Point?

If you have chosen to pick up your gift at a DHL Service Point, you will receive a Track & Trace link from DHL with the latest information on your parcel. You can pick up your parcel the following day at one of the 2,700 pick-up points at a time which suits you best. Take a valid ID with you when you go to collect your parcel.

How long will my gift remain at the DHL Service Point?

The gift will remain at the DHL Service Point for 7 days. I you haven’t picked up the parcel after 7 days, it will be returned to the Cadeau Carrousel.

I have chosen to pick up my gift at a DHL Service Point. How do I know my gift has been delivered?

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your parcel has been delivered at a DHL Service Point. Please check if the e-mail was sent to your spam box.

How will I receive my gift after it has been sent from the DHL Service Point to Cadeau Carrousel after the 7 days?

Our helpdesk will contact you and will verify your details. We will need your order confirmation and your order number, so please keep these safe. After verification we will send the gift to you again.

Why have I still not received my gift?

If your gift hasn’t arrived after 5 days, and you haven’t received a message stating that the delivery has been delayed, please contact our help desk using the contact form. Please be aware that we can only deal with your enquiry if you contact us within 1 month after the ordering period has closed.
