What should I do if I receive the wrong gift?

Answer: If you received a different gift than you ordered according to your confirmation, then you can let us know through the Cadeau Carrousel website within 5 working days. Go to www.mijncarrousel.nl, click on ‘Return’ and fill in the registration form. After sending this form, you will receive an e-mail from our helpdesk informing you how you can return the product and how will receive the right article.

What should I do if my gift is damaged?

Answer: If your gift is damaged on arrival you can appeal to Cadeau Carrousel’s Service & Garantie within 5 working days, provided the product does not show signs of use. Go to www.mijncarrousel.nl and click on ‘Return’. You can report your damaged gift on the registration form. After sending your form, you will receive an e-mail from our helpdesk informing you how you can return the product and how you will receive a new article.

What should I do if my gift is does not work?

Answer: If your gift does not work, you can appeal to Cadeau Carrousel’s Service & Garantie within the warranty period. Go to www.mijncarrousel.nl and click on ‘Return’. You can report your defect gift with the registration form. After sending your form, you will receive an e-mail from our helpdesk informing you how you can return the product and how you will receive a replacement.

What should I do if my gift is incomplete?

Answer: If your gift is incomplete, you can contact Cadeau Carrousel’s helpdesk within 5 working days. Please use the contact form on the website. We will do our utmost to ensure that you will receive the missing part as soon as possible.

What is my guarantee certificate?

Answer: Your gift was delivered together with a letter of contents. We strongly recommend keeping this letter of contents is a safe place as it is also your guarantee certificate. You could be required to show it to us if you appeal to our Service & Garantie.

How soon can I get a response from the helpdesk?

All fully completed forms are processed within 2 working days. Therefore, you will always receive a reply from us within 2 working days. However, sometimes we need a response from a third party, such as a supplier or an employer, which may result in some delay. We will always keep you informed of the progress.

Why is the order id so important?

Answer: The order id is a unique number. By using the order id of your selected item we can retrieve the necessary information and answer any questions quickly.

What happens to my personal data?

Answer: When you place your order with us, we collect certain personal information from you, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and phone number. We use this information to process your order, to deliver your gift and to help solve any problems. Cadeau Carrousel is registered with the Institute for Protection of Personal Data (College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens) under number m1373140. With this registration, Cadeau Carrousel guarantees that your details will be used solely for the processing of your order. These personal details will never be given to third parties for any purpose other than the delivery of your gift. We take your privacy very seriously.
